Beyond my core responsibilities in IT, I was assigned to design the office layout and coordinates with Architech, creating an ergonomic environment that promotes productivity and well-being. By thoughtfully selecting furniture, optimizing workspace flow, and incorporating elements that enhance comfort, I aimed to empower employees to feel more engaged, energized, and supported throughout their workday. This design approach not only improved workplace satisfaction but also fostered better team collaboration and overall efficiency.
