As a main Brand Champion, I designed and
implemented a program to immerse
employees in the company’s vision, mission, culture, and personality.
Through weekly huddles and the appointment of Brand Champions across
departments, I fostered a deeper understanding of the company’s identity
and values, resulting in a 20% increase in employee engagement and
alignment with organizational goals.
Reflections:
Serving as Brand Champion was a rewarding experience that allowed me
to combine my passion for communication with my ability to drive
cultural change. It reinforced the importance of consistent
messaging

Design Office
Beyond my core responsibilities in IT, I was assigned to design the
office layout and coordinates with Architech, creating an ergonomic
environment that promotes
productivity and well-being. By thoughtfully selecting furniture,
optimizing workspace flow, and incorporating elements that enhance
comfort, I aimed to empower employees to feel more engaged, energized,
and supported throughout their workday. This design approach not only
improved workplace satisfaction but also fostered better team
collaboration and overall efficiency.
Development of
IT Department Policies. (IT handbook)
To streamline operations and improve collaboration within the IT
department, I developed a comprehensive IT Handbook. This handbook
standardized, processes, introduced a modified Agile methodology
tailored
to BCE’s needs, and clearly defined roles and responsibilities across
three key phases:
